- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪From a medical point they are good. Staff are lovely. However, their processes can be easily tweaked to be more effective. I had to wait 1 hour for pain relief when I was told I was getting it. Right now I have been waiting 3 hours for my discharge medication. And my friends have had to wait. Fix the processes! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For a private hospital that charges so much money, at the least they could offer more to the patients and the visitors. You not only have to pay for parking as a visitor but the most surprising part was, they didn’t even have snacks (little biscuits) in the coffee room. Even the public hospitals offer that.
